How do I create an account on SoapsUniverse?
Click "Sign Up" on the site, enter your email and password. Only needed for paid resources; free ones don’t require an account.
Why did I get the free file by email but cannot log in?
When you request a free resource, it is sent directly to your email. Entering your email does not create an account. Register first to log in. Free files will always arrive in your email.
Can I transfer my purchases from MythicCraft to SoapsUniverse?
Send proof of your MythicCraft purchase via Discord DM to @AlternativeSoap. Verified purchases receive a coupon to claim the product for free.

What payment methods are available?
PayPal and credit card. Payments are securely processed through Payhip.
Do I get updates for free after purchase?
Yes! All future updates for purchased resources are free.
What if I lose access to my account?
Use "Forgot Password" on the login page. If that fails, contact SoapsUniverse support or DM me on Discord with proof of purchase.
What if I am not receiving a password reset email from Payhip?
Check spam/junk folder. Make sure you use the correct Payhip email. Add
no-reply@payhip.com to safe senders. If issues persist, visit Payhip Help Center or contact support.
Downloads & Installation
How do I install the resources I bought?
Download the ZIP, extract, and place folders into
plugins/MythicMobs. Restart or reload using /mm reload.
Why do my bosses disappear after restart?
Usually caused by improper installation or missing files. Ensure all folders are correctly placed in
plugins/MythicMobs.
Can I use your resources on multiple servers?
Yes, on servers you own. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
Are your packs compatible with Paper/Spigot/Purpur?
Only tested with Paper.
How do I spawn a boss manually?
Use the MythicMobs commands:
/mm mobs spawn [mobname] to spawn a boss at your location.
Can I rename the mobs or change their skins/models?
Yes! Modify
displayname or model settings in the mob configuration YAML files.
Why do I get skill errors in console?
Usually caused by wrong installation, missing files, or outdated MythicMobs version.
How many bosses can I safely run on my server?
Depends on server specs and spawn rates. For optimal performance, test gradually.
Can I scale mob stats for multiple worlds?
Yes. Modify
scaling parameters in the configuration files to adjust stats per world.
Do you have a demo server to test the packs?
No, but you can showcase your server in my Discord if you’ve bought at least one resource.
Using the Packs & General
How do I get the latest version of a pack?
Always download the latest version either on MythicCraft or soapsuniverse.com and you'll always get the latest version. Read the product page to see what version it currently supports.
I only support a version I use myself. If you're using older or newer, I can't promise it works.

Can I use MythicMobs packs on BungeeCord/Velocity?
MythicMobs packs are used directly in a server, not in BungeeCord or Velocity. Plugins do not run on BungeeCord/Velocity, only on the actual Minecraft server.
What should I do if I find a bug or issue in a pack?
Report it on Discord. The best way is to create a ticket. Verify yourself for fast support (requires you to have bought at least one resource).
Can I suggest new features or mobs for future packs?
Yes, everyone can! Sometimes I am waiting for others to actually suggest something because I think it's better to add what players want than just what I want.
Are your resources compatible with other popular plugins?
Packs are made with MythicMobs, and MythicMobs is not owned by me. It's on them, not me. However, sometimes my packs can be the faulty one and need support for other plugins, for example, protected claim regions. If you have compatibility issues, let me know!
How do I get notified about new releases or updates?
When you buy a resource on MythicCraft, you'll automatically be accepted to get notifications. On soapsuniverse.com you'll also get notifications about updates and new releases.
Can I use your packs on a test server before deploying to production?
I recommend doing that! It's always best to test before launching on a live server.
Can I redistribute or share your resources in a private modpack?
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly forbidden. Personal use only.
How do I properly credit SoapsUniverse if I use your packs on my server?

What support channels are available if I need help?

Some resources are free, but most require MythicMobs (Premium). Certain packs may also need MythicCrucible, MythicLib, MMOItems, or MMOCore for advanced features. Always check the product description for specific requirements.

MythicMobs Config Packs
What is included in a MythicMobs configuration pack?
Each pack includes custom mobs, skills, loot tables, and sometimes unique mechanics or events. Detailed instructions are provided with every pack.
Can I request a custom MythicMobs pack?
I do take commissions, but my time is limited and I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please contact me on Discord for details.
Can I edit the configuration files?
Yes! You can edit all files. For an easier experience, use Soap's MythicMobs Editor to manage and edit your MythicMobs files online.
MMOCore Classes
What are MMOCore classes?
MMOCore classes are custom RPG classes for the MMOCore plugin, designed to add new abilities, skills, and progression to your server. My packs include unique classes with custom skills and balanced gameplay.
Can I combine MMOCore classes with MythicMobs packs?
Yes! My MMOCore classes are designed to work seamlessly with my MythicMobs packs for a complete RPG experience.

Performance
Will your resources lag my server?
All packs are optimized, but performance depends on your server setup and configuration. If you experience lag, try the following:
- Decrease the amount of particles used in skills or effects
- Reduce mob spawning rates
- Lower your simulation distance or chunk range in your server settings

Can I resell or share your resources?
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly forbidden. Personal use only.

No refunds except for duplicate purchases, as these are digital goods.

Do you support offline/cracked servers?
No; policy: we support official Mojang accounts only.
Why can't my mob have high health?
Check the spigot.yml file and look for the attribute: section. Adjusting the mob’s attributes there can help increase its health.
Why doesn't health scaling work with my player pack?
Health scaling based on the number of players only applies when the mob spawns. If the mob is already spawned, its health will not adjust.
Can I merge multiple hearts?
Yes! You can merge hearts by editing the config.yml file in MythicLib.
