World Mob Levelling - UPDATE - 2.0.0

- I just realized that I haven't added Baby Piglin, Giant, Silverfish. They are now added.

- Added a Mini Boss chance for all hostile mobs to spawn as a mini boss, it's RARE. There's also been added a Elite Mini Boss.

- Added Math to Mini Boss loot system, however you need to enable it if you want to use it otherwise it's a free version you use.

- Added bossbar and effects to the mini bosses so it's easier to spot a boss.

- Updated the config to the latest
