- Added scaling-drain: your RPG stat (strength by default) offsets how much inventory weight hurts stamina. Heavy load + low stat = more drain; high stat = you carry it better. Turn on with `scaling-drain.enabled: true` in weight.yml (needs PlaceholderAPI).
- Replaced the old flat scaling-drain (`per-point` / `cap`). On reload, those legacy keys are removed from weight.yml automatically.
- When scaling-drain is on, encumbrance tier drain multipliers no longer stack on top — you get one load-based drain model. Slowness, sprint block, faster drowning, and heavier fall damage still apply.
- New PlaceholderAPI placeholders: `%shs_carry_burden%` and `%shs_scaling_drain_mult%`.
- Admin GUI: scaling-drain sliders (stat-per-point, stress-per-ratio, percent-reference) and a stat-format cycle (points vs percent). Toggle it on the Features page.
- Commands: `/shs weight scaling-drain <key> <value>` for live tuning.
- Code cleanup: movement drains merged into one calculator; shared PlaceholderAPI helpers; simpler GUI toggle definitions; unified scaling-weight/drain command handler.
- Docs updated for scaling-drain and encumbrance behavior. Added `.gitignore` for build output.
